彰化市魏小姐問：紙本電子發票若發生模糊的問題，如何處理？

中區國稅局彰化分局答覆：如果紙本電子發票期別、完整發票號碼及四位隨機碼可清楚辨識無誤時，持本人身分證正本，可直接赴郵局領獎。若無法辨識上述資訊，消費者可攜帶紙本電子發票正本（收執聯）至原開立發票之營業人處重新印製（存根聯）。

現行採用感熱紙材質之紙本電子發票都需符合六防（耐水性、耐油性、抗熱性、耐濕性、耐光性及耐可塑劑性），不含雙酚A，至少維持5年以上，正常保存情況下，不會模糊。
