台菲船擦痕不符 初判未碰撞

（中央社記者劉世怡台北29日電）媒體報導，指「屏檢證實廣大興28號漁船有擦撞痕跡」，法務部今天指出，初步比對與菲船所留的擦痕明顯不符合。

法務部下午代轉發屏東地檢署新聞稿表示，廣大興28號漁船船身並無明顯碰撞痕跡，請外界勿擅予斷定及轉述。

法務部表示，一般漁船在靠岸或海上航行，難免有留下擦痕，且廣大興28號漁船經刑事警察局鑑識中心專家鑑識結果，認定「外觀未發現有明顯撞擊痕跡」。

屏東地檢署今天會同菲律賓調查團人員再勘驗船時，雖然菲方曾提出昨天在菲國勘驗MCS3001公務船有擦痕等情形，但是今天勘驗廣大興28號，雖船頭有刮痕，但未發現有「碰撞」痕跡，初步比對兩船所留的擦痕高度明顯不相符合，因此先予採證，以供再行比對。

法務部說，相關電視新聞跑馬燈及報導，擅作武斷性的結論，顯與事實不符，影響公信，建請相關媒體立即更正，以正視聽。1020529
