標題[請問] 房屋貸款後無錢繳被法拍問題

想請問房屋貸款後，如果繳不出來被法拍的問題 假設 買房後跟銀行貸款100，付了50後，沒錢繳了被法拍，法拍賣了80 請問我可以拿回多少，可拿回30?? 還是還欠銀行20?? 如果法拍賣了120，我是否可拿到20??還是拿到70??還是都沒有或是欠銀行多少錢?? 先謝謝解惑的各版友了 ~~ 感謝 ^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.65.54
