味全慶60歲 魏董允明年加薪

味全食品公司60周年慶祝活動，26日於楊梅味全埔心牧場舉辦，董事長魏應充除捐贈體育署3部交通車外，更釋放明年為員工加薪3％以上的大利多，希望拋磚引玉，讓其他企業也能為照顧員工而努力。

魏應充說，上半年營收獲利超過去年目標，也反應到公司股價，而企業有責任照顧員工，因此明年一定加薪為員工加薪，基本目標是每位員工調薪3％，表現優異者再向上調薪2％，而第4季未完成，還無法預測加薪幅度，但「一定會比去年好」。

味全食品公司60周年慶祝活動，數千員工到場同樂，頂新集團魏家4兄弟也到場慶賀。魏應充現場捐出3部車給國訓中心，由體育署長何卓飛代表接受，並獲到2013經典賽簽名球回禮。

何卓飛說，感謝味全食品從民國72年支持國訓中心乳品、飲料至今，讓選手有最營養的補給，而因國訓中心車輛老舊，味全食品得知後，一口答應贈送3部旅行車，提升交通方便。
