戀態男為「打手槍」　偷27件女用內衣褲

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名打零工為生陳姓男子專偷晾在庭院女用內衣褲，用來「打手槍」後丟棄，前後3次共偷了2件內衣、25件內褲，其中1次進入被害女子庭院翻找，但找不到女用內衣褲作罷離去，不過他事後仍不死心，1周後又返回現場，一口氣怒偷了10件內衣褲。

警方獲報循線將陳男逮捕，訊後依法將他移送法辦。法官認為陳男坦承犯行，且竊盜手段平和，判處拘役90天或9萬元罰金，全案可上訴。
