「天使魔鬼」玩4P　殺室友罪成

轟動一時的美國「天使魔鬼」女大學生殺室友案，義大利佛羅倫斯上訴法院周四維持原判，裁定被告26歲諾克絲(Amanda Knox)及她的29歲前男友索勒西圖(Sollecito)2007年謀殺英國交換生克爾徹(Meredith Kercher)罪成，判諾克絲和索勒西圖分別入獄28年6個月和25年。

據《美聯社》報導，現時身在美國西雅圖的諾克絲，指裁決「扭曲公義，讓她感到害怕和悲傷。」她的代表律師表示會上訴。專家指她引渡到義大利的可能性低，但她在美國以外地方的行動自由可能大受限制。索勒西圖的護照則被沒收，以防他離開義大利。

被形容為「天使魔鬼」化身的諾克絲，與索勒西圖當年涉嫌逼克爾徹玩4P性愛，遇到反抗後用刀將克爾徹割喉，克爾徹最後半裸伏屍寓所。諾克絲與索勒西圖2009年被裁定謀殺罪成。諾克絲一直上訴，2011年重審因調查出錯獲判無罪後返美。義大利最高法院去年將案件發還重審。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
