信用不好 不行辦卡嗎

6~7年前因為個人信貸的關希繳不出來 後來全部繳清也還清了大約有3~4年 最近要辦信用卡 方便適用 就是辦不出來 我有正常的工作 薪水也是用薪轉的每個月大約7~~8萬 想辦就是下不來 該怎麼辦呢?有沒有比較好的方法 我也真的是想變好個人信用
