最近有在奇摩購物中心訂購【KOSE】VISEE的眼影，送貨是宅配通我收到物品時，購物中心箱子是冰的，打開之後眼影盒也是冰的因為這樣，我就到馬上打電話詢問客服，我問：送來箱子整個是冰的，連我的打開眼影都是冰的(請問他是冷藏過來的嗎??)，我想請問，這樣眼影不會變質了，受潮了，不就容易變質嗎??? 畢竟眼影是擦在靠近眼睛的地方，這樣子發霉了，怎辦?? 奇摩客服答：如果我有疑慮就幫我做換貨處理！ (大意是這樣子，所以我就辦換貨，但有說會請公司給我回覆，也會備註出貨注意) 今天我接到高絲的回覆：高絲電話告知，宅配通是有分三層；一層冷凍、一層冷藏、一層常溫我的物品是放在常溫，那裡可能是冷氣的關係！才會冰冰的~~ PS.我還是有把我的疑慮告訴高絲，我說如果我不是當下收到，我可能也不知是冰的，也不會想那麼多!! 我想請問大家眼影，冰冰的不是就會有水氣嗎?? 這樣不會受潮發霉嗎??還是我想太多了呢?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.26.191.126
