洪仲丘退伍前枉死　陸軍副司令道歉

【王烱華／台北報導】陸軍6軍團542旅洪仲丘下士退伍前夕遭關禁閉，造成洪熱衰竭死亡案，陸軍司令部副司令吳有明中將上午在國防部例行記者會中，公開向國人道歉。吳有明強調，陸軍將深切檢討禁閉室管理失當問題，且已將相關失職人員移送法辦。

新竹湖口裝甲542旅洪姓下士原訂於本月6日退伍，上月23日休假回部隊時，被發現攜帶照相手機與mp3回營，於上月28日開始被罰關禁閉一周，7月3日下午4:30進行伏地挺身、仰臥起坐及跑步等體能後，於下午5:15結束，而他在下午5:30時向長官反應人不舒服，送到當地醫院，但一直高燒不退，於晚間8時轉送台北內湖三總，家人接獲通知趕到時，洪男體溫高到攝氏44度，意識昏迷，體內還不斷出血，延至4日上午宣告不治。

家屬質疑：「洪男平日體能狀況良好，身體健康，怎麼會這樣就死亡？」要求查明真相。
