涉虐殺　陳以人、李念祖列被告

【綜合報導】追查役男洪仲丘枉死，最高軍檢處長曹金生表示，副連長劉延俊聲押駁回，昨天軍檢已經提出抗告。另外士官長陳以人因為涉嫌職權妨礙自由、對部屬施以法令以外的懲罰，列為被告，並裁定20萬元交保候傳。另外，戒護士李念祖因為涉嫌虐待致死，也改列被告，訊後裁定5萬元交保候傳。
