手機介面外洩 宏達電抓3內賊

宏達電驚爆內賊竊取機密，而且層級高達副總，宏達電主動向北檢提告，指出公司研發副總簡志霖等3人，涉嫌竊取下半年才要發表的手機介面軟體，還在兩岸成立研發公司，北檢複訊後，已經向台北地方法院聲請羈押簡志霖及另一位吳姓處長，以防串供。

HTC ONE的發表會上，研發副總簡志霖看起來相當自豪，因為他是宏達電第一位工業設計師，HTC手機的外形及功能，都由他的團隊一手決定，但他卻被宏達電查出，涉嫌把自己團隊設計的機殼，說成是委外設計，向公司詐領，1000多萬設計費，更嚴重的是，他甚至洩露公司營業秘密。

宏達電查出，簡志霖和研發處吳姓處長，及黃姓工程師，疑似竊取下半年才要發表的手機介面軟體，在兩岸成立研發公司，打算自立門戶，北檢在複訊後，也已經向地院聲請羈押，簡志霖及吳姓處長以防串供，宏達電唯恐商業機密，遭到洩漏，大動作清理門戶，就是要將傷害降到最低，不讓內神變成內鬼。
