廣大興案 菲方傳喚台方船員出庭作證

【綜合報導】菲律賓海巡隊員被控冷血槍殺台灣漁船船長洪石成案有新進展。菲律賓司法部長德利馬（Leila De Lima）今天表示，正準備提出起訴的菲國檢察官小組，已透過駐菲律賓台北經濟文化辦事處（TECO），正式傳喚事發當時與洪石成同在船上的3名船員。

根據檢方要求，他們必須在本月9日出庭，為其證詞簽名與宣誓。德利馬解釋，他們出庭是案件審理中的必要程序。
