基隆民宅倒塌 屋主不知違建

基隆地區昨天降下暴雨，造成淹水、土石流等災情，北寧路一處兩層水泥樓房傾倒、相距100公尺處山壁巨石砸壞兩車，行政院長江宜樺今早到現場勘災，陳姓受災戶趨前陳情「可憐可憐他們，不要亂扣帽子」，江宜樺請巿府協助處理，給予該有的慰問及救助金。

基隆地區昨天午後下起豪大雨，其中174豪米雨量集中在下午1點到4點3個小時內，北寧路252巷10之22號房屋傾倒及250之8號巨石坍塌砸毀兩車。

陳姓屋主一家4口當時兩人在屋內，屋倒前及時逃出，昨晚暫時安置在安檢所。陳姓婦人今早和女兒返家，由中華搜救總會人員協助，冒險入內拿取財物，她說，住了30多年前，不知是違建，希望政府不要只是拆掉她的房子，能協助她改建。

不過，巿府都發處指出，倒塌的樓房是違建，已無重建可能，倒塌在路上的部分，經由屋主切結，可由巿府協助拆除。
