【短片】肢障人士落水　民眾見義勇為救溺

【張世瑜／高雄報導】高雄市愛河之心今天下午發生肢障人士連人帶輪椅落水意外，一名單車騎士經過時聽到圍觀民眾呼救聲，顧不得不會游泳，請民眾協助丟救生圈，再跳下河中將溺者拉上岸。救人的王瑞棋表示，他以前在軍醫單位當士官長，先幫溺者清除口中穢物，並實施CPR急救後送醫，幸生命跡象穩定。王瑞棋事後受訪表示，「如果看他(肢障人士)因此溺斃，我會遺憾一輩子。」
