【綜合報導】中國安徽省九華山一座高99公尺的地藏菩薩大銅像，1日正式由來自海內外的99位佛教泰斗、高僧、諸山長老，一同為地藏菩薩聖像開光。
 
這座地藏菩薩露天銅像主體為比丘立相，右手執錫杖，左手托著摩尼寶珠，蓮花座及像體高99公尺，為世界上第一高地藏菩薩像，雕像內還有三部電梯讓信眾乘坐，可直達頭頂觀賞風景。
