內地經濟續放緩

現在，內地經濟放緩和債務問題引起市場的注意。我們要繼續觀察內地和香港的樓價，是否正在調整；若是，又跌得有多嚴重？
接着，我們要面對香港和內地銷售下滑這現實，並會短暫影響「天下第一倉」裡的股價。如我所料，內地銷售增長 13.6%，與 GDP增長的 7%並不一致。
內地投資放緩，長遠而言有益經濟發展，但短期內卻減慢 GDP增長。貨幣供應增長 14%是很高，但會隨着信貸活動減少而放緩。
