檔案移動速度變慢...

我電腦中有3顆硬碟 (不含系統碟),
以下簡稱 A, B, C
這兩天發生一狀況:

由A "剪下" 檔案檔案後貼至 B,
速度變得超慢,
但若由A "剪下" 檔案檔案後貼至 C,
速度則正常,
若將同一檔案由B "剪下" 後貼至 C,
速度又變得超慢...

由此是否可推論是硬體 (B 硬碟) 有問題?

但由 "Crystal Disk Info" 軟體檢察後,
卻又顯示 B 硬碟正常...

我該需要用 "dskchk" 指令去掃一次嗎?
或者有其他可能性?
我又該如何進行檢測??
