歐巴馬：不把史諾登當「討價還價」工具

【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬今天表示，關於前情報人員史諾登(Edward Snowden)因揭發美國中情局監聽民眾通訊而「潛逃」，歐巴馬說「絕不會把史諾登當做討價還價的工具」。

歐巴馬目前人在非洲進行訪問，今日在塞內加爾達卡的記者會中說：「我不會下令戰機緊急起飛來逮捕1名29歲的駭客。」據信史諾登人現在在俄羅斯。

歐巴馬說，透過正常法律管道，足以處理將史諾登遣返美國的要求。不過歐巴馬說，他尚未與中國國家主席習近平和俄羅斯總統普丁討論此一問題。
