傳愛背包 志工超搶手

中國時報【甘嘉雯／桃園報導】

部分國中生為提高超額比序搶志願服務過頭，但桃園縣大專院校學生，不需要以志願服務爭表現，兩千人搶一千三百多個名額，要參加「暑期大小傳愛背包」，帶著重達十四公斤的大背包出國服務，縣府教育局邀請藝人張善為和神祕機器人做代言人。

教育局表示，暑假期間，除了各國中規畫「校內志工」服務項目，另還有其他團體及機關提供約六萬五千多人次、廿萬多小時以上的志願服務機會，連偏遠地區觀音鄉、大溪鎮、新屋鄉也提供七千多人次的服務學習機會，譬如消防分隊、鄉公所、衛生所、圖書館等。

結合台灣玩具圖書館與華書慈善基金會推動「小傳愛背包」計畫，由國中生自組服務性社團參與；青年志工將大傳愛背包的服務經驗，與國中生小傳愛背包傳承分享，背包內裝玩具、文具、教具再加上防暴聯盟提供的防暴宣導等，讓大小志工化身「天使」到處散播愛心。

大傳愛背包代言人張善為，說明傳愛背包精神，就是學習服務他人，傳遞愛與感動，像小河一樣，匯集每個人對孩子的愛，募集大小朋友的心愛玩具，讓玩玩具的快樂可以傳送到其他孩子的手中；至於小傳愛代言人，為「天使」機器人，它將與國中生背著小傳愛背包去服務。

相關「校外志工」資源，教育局已彙整在網站http://www.tyc.edu.tw/和十二年國民基本教育資訊網最新消息處http://12basic.tyc.edu.tw/，讓學生、家長運用。
