今年第6號颱風倫比亞(RUMBIA)在28日晚上生成，因高低層結構發展穩定，加上環境條件有利於其發展，增強為輕度颱風，預計未來三天還會持續增強，並將持續朝西北方向移動。

若移動路徑不變，將可能於周一深夜到周二影響香港、澳門及廣東等地。台灣則須留意倫比亞颱風於周一進入南海後，其外圍環流帶來的水氣，容易引發午後雷陣雨。
