服貿協議 立院擬8/1初審

中國國民黨立法院黨團今天說，服貿協議由立法院內政委員會主審；內政委員會召集委員江啟臣表示，預計最快八月一日實質審查。

立法院中午召開全院委員談話會，決議明天到八月九日開臨時會，處理國民黨籍立法委員李慶華提出的「你是否同意核四廠停止興建不得運轉？」公民投票案、海峽兩岸服務貿易協議等十九案。

國民黨政策委員會執行長林鴻池下午受訪表示，服貿協議由立法院經濟、外交及國防、內政、交通、財政、教育及文化、司法及法制、社會福利及衛生環境委員會聯席審查，內政委員會主審，三十一日先辦公聽會。

江啟臣說，第一周由他擔任會議主席，公聽會辦完後，最快八月一日實質審查，但須先完成大體詢答。

民主進步黨團書記長吳秉叡表示，服貿協議審查標準黨團還沒定調，可能以是否對等、對國家安全或社會安全有沒有危害、是否傷害人權等標準審視，特別是中國有很多「潛規則」，台灣不能被拖累。
