【劉邠如／綜合報導】北韓領導人金正恩，視察已完工的江原道馬息嶺滑雪場，而早前被處決的「攝致王」張成澤的一名親信，體育部長朴明哲，被發現陪伴同行。

根據香港《蘋果日報》根據北韓《朝鮮中央通訊社》報導，江原道馬息嶺滑雪場工程歷時一年多，金正恩前往視察，並乘坐纜車到山頂，形容滑雪場「完美無缺」，要盡快舉行竣工儀式，讓國民可以早日使用。而陪同金正恩視察的，還包括北韓第二號人物，人民軍總政治局局長崔龍海，以及張成澤親信朴明哲。

朴明哲長期出任體育部長，在張成澤處決後不到一個月，就被發現陪同金正恩視察，證明他仍然發揮影響力。
