101跨年煙火在家看　汐止房價最便宜

【張菱育／台北報導】迎接2014年，台北101大樓煙火表演蓄勢待發，但往往會人擠人，若在家就能看到煙火，更能為住宅價值加分，其中新北市汐止區房價每坪26萬元最便宜。

台灣房屋智庫市場經理劉志雄表示，若以距離來看，信義計劃區周邊大樓如市政府捷運站、華納威秀影城、國父紀念館，這些地點視野最佳，但豪宅價格每坪皆破百萬元，而向外尋找，永春站的松山路及後山埤站的中坡南北路，平均房價每坪分別為57.9萬元、56.1萬元。更親民的煙火宅，新北市三重區的環河南路、永和區的環河東路、汐止區的大同路一段也是不錯的選擇，平均房價落在26~40.3萬元。
