（中央社台北1日電）儘管中國大陸最大城市緊縮房地產控管以緩和房價漲勢，但12月新屋價格漲幅仍居去年之冠。

擁有大陸最大房地產網站的搜房網（SouFun Holdings Ltd.）昨根據100個城市調查指出，12月新屋價格年增12%，達每平方米10833元人民幣（1789美元）。12月房價較上月漲0.7%。

大陸前總理溫家寶3月加強打房動作後，繼任的李克強避免增加國內房地產抑制措施以免減損經濟發展。

中國新聞社本週引述調查結果報導，在中國人民大學訪調中，有近1/5受訪者針對政府房地產政策給零分，顯示對於房價「幾近絕望」。

至少10個大陸城市，許多為省會，自11月以來已緊縮當地房地產限制，其中深圳、上海和廣州等主要城市將購買第2套房首期付款提高到7成。

大陸國家統計局12月18日數據顯示，深圳11月新屋價格漲幅為將近3年來最大，年增21%，隨廣州房價走高。

根據搜房網，湖南湘潭市帶領12月房價上揚，較上月上漲3.5%。廣東佛山房價下跌3.3%，跌幅在大陸各城市中最大。

搜房網數據指出，北京和廣州在10大城市中，房價年增幅度最大，漲幅約28%。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）1030101
