罵鄰「賺吃查某」　81歲婦判拘10日

【王吟芳／高雄報導】高齡81歲的李老太太今年3月與鄰居蔡姓婦人口角，在自家陽台以台語怒罵樓下蔡婦：「你這個賺吃查某。」蔡婦當場報警，高雄地院考量李婦年事已高，依法減輕其刑，今依公然侮辱罪判她拘役10日，得以1萬元易科罰金。
 
法院認定，李婦當時站在未設置密閉門窗的3樓陽台，與外界毫無阻隔，行經樓下巷道的民眾都可聽到她辱罵蔡婦的用詞，而「你這個賺吃查某（台語）」明顯謾罵蔡婦是「從事特種行業的女生」，已足以貶損蔡婦人格及社會評價，觸犯公然侮辱罪。
