大陳義胞地區　公辦都更過審議

【李定宇／新北報導】新北市辦理永和「大陳義胞地區」公辦都更案，昨日都市更新審議委員會修正後通過，後續再辦理市有土地讓售作業後，最快於明年中拆屋動工。
 
新北市都更處表示，大陳義胞地區公有土地多達半數，該區複雜產權問題造成辦理都市更新難度頗高，由於該區域房屋老舊且違建多，已有傾斜與龜裂情形，影響公共安全具更新急迫性，因此以公辦都更方式，將這個地區更新。
