張德正無保請回　回家後想見女兒

衝撞總統府的張德正，昨日經檢方戒備下到案偵訊，台北地檢署昨以嫌犯駕駛張德正涉犯殺人未遂等重罪，有再犯、逃亡之虞聲押，但經法院審理後，認定張身體狀況不佳，沒有逃亡之虞，在檢方無法證明家屬可能協助逃亡情況下，裁定無保釋放。

姊姊今早代替弟弟接受訪表示，張德正昨晚獲知無保釋放時並沒有開心歡呼可以回家過年，並且回到家約11時許很累就先睡覺了，睡前還跟她說想見女兒，今晨才得知檢方再提抗告，張德正能否和家人圍爐吃年夜飯，仍有變數。（施昂強／台北報導）
