據 TNW 報導， Net Applications 最新的資料顯示，在4、5兩個月內 Chrome 的市佔率從 16.35% 下滑到 15.74%，達到 21 個月內的最低值。除 Chrome 外，所有瀏覽器都或多或少都增加了一點市佔率。

自今年1月 IE 市佔率重回 55% 後，IE 市佔率便在穩定中緩慢爬升，如今已經達到 55.99%。在 IE 的體系內，隨著時間推動，IE 10 的市佔率已經超越了 IE 6 和 IE 7 的總和，達到 9.26%。就目前而言，IE 8 穩坐瀏覽器市佔率之首，領先第二名 Firefox 超過兩個百分點。

雖然 Chrome 的市佔率難得地降到 16% 以下，但 Chrome 27 發佈僅一周就取得了 3.66% 的市佔率。相比之下，Chrome 26 佔有率急劇縮水 3.37% 至 9.85%、Chrome 25 佔有率縮水 0.6%、Chrome 24 佔有率縮水 0.07%、Chrome 23 佔有率縮水 0.05%。就 2013 年而言，Chrome 的市場佔有率應該會一直落後於 Firefox。
