實價再揭膨風豪宅　勤美璞真每坪僅178.9萬元

【吳苡辰／台北報導】實價揭露膨風豪宅！位於北市信義路三段、大安森林公園首排指標豪宅「勤美璞真」昨首件實價登錄後的交易揭露，面積151.77坪含3車位，總價2.085億元，拆算車位後每坪僅178.9萬元，雖為目前實價揭露單價第3高豪宅，但與一般外界認知行情至少200萬元，仍有大落差。

實價登錄上路後，膨風豪宅陸續揭露，首件被揭露膨風豪宅即「領袖」，實價每坪約167萬元，僅約外傳行情每坪200萬元的75折，而「吾疆」，喊價每坪200萬元，但實價最低僅105萬元，則幾近腰斬。
