各位好 小妹我已經到新公司A報到了一個星期 今天接到另一家公司B的錄取通知 內心雖然覺得高興 但也覺得有些為難 A公司是家傳產 而小妹錄取的職位是MA 在台灣上班半年後就會派駐海外 屆時的薪水大約是29000+伙食津 派駐後每月薪水約五萬多 這幾天的受訓 也感受到了這家公司對MA的重視 同期MA們也相當容易相處 未來主要工作可能是開發或工廠相關事宜 B公司是家金融產業 各戶多為企業 薪水相當高 年薪會到七八十萬 前三年會在台灣上班 之後才會派駐海外 現在已經確定我在台灣時會在新竹上班 剛好我就住在新竹 我的考量是A公司基本上是很大的公司 又是一間製造業 在A公司擔任MA可以學習到整個製造流程 但是B公司薪水及工作地點相當誘人 而且未來在海外感覺比較有發展 對小妹來說相當難以抉擇 而且如果選擇B公司 該如何開口離職呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.224.32.85
