農民喝農藥自殺請願　傳已無生命危險

【大陸中心／綜合報導】根據《希望之聲》報導，中國武漢10日有12名農民上北京請願，在正陽門集體喝農藥自殺，隨後警方將這群農民送醫急救，目前確認已無生命危險，部分恢復意識的農民還接受媒體採訪，親友前往醫院探訪，一開始還遭警察阻擋，經過反覆交涉才終於可以會見病患。

農民表示2010年10月當地政府以改造為由，對他們居住的城中村進行拆遷，不同意被拆遷的，當局就以違建為由強制拆除，而且還沒有給予任何補償，他們失去遮風避雨的家，上訪3年，都沒有得到回應，這次才決定到北京，以喝農藥的方式抗議。
