【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆關機動稽核組今天上午以X光掃描貨櫃時，發現1只申報「泡麵」貨櫃，除了最外面幾層是泡麵外，其他都是走私香菸，清點結果共有970箱自創品牌香菸，包括有「勝利牌」、「長樂牌」市價約2800萬元，正追查貨主，將依海關緝私條例送辦。。

稽查人員表示，1包菸品健康福利捐為20元，高額稅差造成走私誘因，年關將屆，又是走私旺季，各緝私單位正加強監控中。
