台越國籍兩邊空　母女3人恐淪人球

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】武翠姮今年初帶著兩個女兒回越南娘家，順便申請越南籍老公來台，卻因此被查出偷情生女一事，她只好先行返台，怎料內政部竟於三月撤銷她的國籍，她看著一對女兒的照片，紅著眼眶表示女兒打電話一直說：「媽媽，回來帶我，我要去台灣！」一家四口遭拆散兩地，「台灣是講求人道民主的國家嗎？」

武女於新竹租套房，並在新竹工業區當作業員，每月賺取二萬多元薪水，她認為自己婚外情跟女兒無關，台灣政府卻片面認定她假結婚，連同女兒們的國籍也一併撤銷，讓母女三人變成無國籍人球。移民署新竹縣專勤隊指出，台、越政府雖都不認定武女及其兩個女兒是本國人，但武女只要向越南申請回復母國國籍，再依申請書領據向移民署申請外僑居留，她可依「其他事由」獲得一年外僑居留權，每年都可申請延長。至於武女的兩個女兒，只要越南生父進行民事確認親子關係，就可獲得母國承認國籍。
