剛拉肚子拉的屁股好痛拉了0.6公斤應該是昨天吃火鍋我前年開始喝牛奶就會拉肚子以前都不會最近幾個月大便都很卡偶爾會吃香蕉.各種水果但情況沒有改善太多請問板上的屎王該如何順暢舒服的排便? 我該如何飲食 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.135.63.186
