〔自由時報記者陳筱琳／綜合報導〕為熱火打下二連霸，讓「大帝」詹姆斯人氣再度高升，在網站ESPN民調中，獲選最受歡迎的NBA球員。

2009-10球季結束後，詹姆斯在現場直播節目告訴大家他的決定，離開待了7季的騎士，到熱火和魏德、波許組成「LCD三巨頭」，接下來他的支持度大幅下滑，加盟熱火前兩年，在最受歡迎球員票選各只獲10.2%和9.4%票數，但他透過場上好表現為球隊爭取佳績，連兩年榮膺總冠軍賽最有價值球員，在這次投票以12.9%支持率壓過「湖人一哥」布萊恩12.5%。

電玩封面人物 自挑配樂

此外，電玩公司2K Sports昨天宣布，請詹姆斯為即將發行的新遊戲「NBA 2K14」挑選20首配樂、擔任封面人物，他說：「2K讓我在NBA 2K14決定一些重要部分，包括配樂，很榮幸我是第一位能親自挑選音樂的電玩封面球員。」
