暴力夫空言對待　妻訴離獲准且擁監護權

【胡守得／台北報導】住居中部的陳姓男子、莊姓女子結婚1年多，育有1子，莊女因新生媽媽，又與婆婆教養觀念有落差，常遭陳男數落「三字經」，甚至拳腳相向，且在雙方衝突後，小孩被陳男帶走無法探視，莊女訴請離婚，最高法院日前判准，並將小孩監護權歸由莊女行使。
 
陳男否認莊女一切指控，對莊女僅打過一次耳光，更辯指不因離婚官司一審敗訴而懷憂喪志，反而更加勤奮由飯店的一般廚師升為副領班，足以擁有小孩親權；但法院調查，莊女被陳男辱罵不只一次，證人外，並有臉書網頁為證，身上傷並非單純一耳光造成，陳男是為小孩才希望維持婚姻，駁回陳男的上訴確定。
