陳玉珍自爆放款 證人未出庭

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北30日電）台北地院今天審理前高檢署檢察官陳玉珍被控貪污案，因她曾自爆拿錢給「小蔡」放款，法院傳喚「小蔡」作證，但未現身。

陳玉珍曾在庭訊時自爆曾由母親拿錢給「小蔡」放款，月收1分息，法官質疑她違反檢察官倫理。

法院上午提訊在押的陳玉珍，並傳喚「小蔡」蔡如煥到庭，但他未出庭。檢察官堅持有必要再傳喚，以證明陳玉珍與母親銀行資金來源及金錢往來。

法官指出，根據陳玉珍隨身碟內資料，蔡如煥還款新台幣1132萬元，法院決定9月4日再度傳喚到庭。

電玩業者施永華檢舉陳玉珍長期當業者門神，收黑錢高達2325萬元，特偵組依貪污、洗錢等罪起訴陳玉珍、律師郭學廉，並依行賄、賭博罪起訴施永華。陳玉珍是首名涉貪的女檢察官。1020830
