菲律賓南部大水　13死7失蹤

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】菲律賓南部棉蘭老島連日暴雨，造成水災和山洪暴發，目前已知至少13人喪生，7人失踪，數以千計居民被逼逃離家園。

菲國當局表示，暴雨至少影響10個省，超過13.2萬人受災，約1萬人要疏散到安全地區。當地2012年12月也曾發生嚴重水災，當時有近2000人不幸死亡或失蹤。
