【王筱君／台北報導】不滿精心建設公司開發案興建於排水箱涵上，恐危及社區居住安全，新北市新店景文科技大學鄰近社區「大學詩鄉」130位居民今早9點赴新北市府抗議陳情。「大學詩鄉」管委會總務組長吳國聰針對土地使用目的、變更程序是否合法等提出8項請願訴求，由於遲遲未等到公部門代表出面，氣憤居民在議員金中玉帶領下，直衝市府大樓，現場一度混亂。工務局局長高宗正最後出面接下陳情，承諾2周之內會針對民眾訴求回覆完整調查報告書。
 
針對抗議民眾訴求，新北市政府工務局回應稱，工務局依法核發大學詩鄉社區內4筆土地建照，「精心建設之建照核定一切合法」。為讓大學詩鄉社區住戶安心，已針對山坡地安全、建物退縮及環境安全、水保等問題，通過市府山坡地建築審查及水土保持計劃等審查機制。
