《科技》hTC內賊案，副總聲押禁見

【時報-台北電】宏達電公司在今年8月間，對公司設計部門的簡姓副總、吳姓處長及黃姓設計師提出告訴，指控他們涉嫌虛報設計費近新台幣1000萬元及疑似洩漏公司的營業祕密至大陸，因證據顯示，簡與員工涉及詐領公司設計費及竊取機密程式，為避免被告串供，今上午7時許依違反證券交易法向台北地方法院聲請羈押副總經理簡志霖及處長吳建弘。

檢方表示，簡男及吳男涉違反證交法及營業秘密法，有串證及逃亡之虞，今天清晨聲押禁見，其他涉案人，則以10萬元至30萬元不等金額交保。(新聞來源：中時電子報)
