（中央社記者龍瑞雲台北26日電）台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲今天表示，葉克膜是體外維生系統，但非救命萬靈丹，而葉克膜每年至少耗費新台幣10億元支出。

他說，台大醫院使用葉克膜的成功率是全亞洲最好的，但僅49%患者救活，也就是說，裝葉克膜的病患可以活下來的還不到一半，其他的就裝著等慢慢死掉，形成無效醫療。

他說，不適合裝葉克膜的患者，包括中風、植物人、惡性腫瘤末期與存活機率低的患者等。1020526
