美聯社報導，委內瑞拉總統馬杜洛22日晚間在一場演講中宣布，他已下令成立新的勞工民兵。馬杜洛未提供細節，目前不清楚成員可能有多少，但將是該國玻利瓦民兵的一部分。玻利瓦民兵由委國前總統查維茲創立，約由十二萬名自願者組成。
