筆記型電腦（NB）代工廠緯創（3231）表示，因應消費性產品如NB、LCD TV等市場成長趨緩，緯創將加快轉型腳步，及擴充垂直整合所產生的附加價值，以提升整體營運成長動能。

緯創6月14日將舉行股東會，致股東營業報告書已先行出爐，緯創表示，因應全球持續不景氣，以及PC的轉型潮，還有中國大陸各項營運成本提高所造成的影響，緯創將提升內部營運效率，以及優化現有客戶與產品組合，以帶動獲利成長。
