男子張德正（41歲）駕駛砂石車衝撞總統府，被台北地檢署聲請羈押，高院3度撤銷北院請回與交保裁定，台北地院下午第4次召開羈押庭，結果北院在晚間9時30分再度裁定張30萬元交保，並限制住居。
