政府有條件接受實物抵遺贈稅　拒收骨董

【林巧雁／台北報導】國稅局提醒，遺產稅或贈與稅應納稅額超過30萬元、且納稅義務人確有困難，不能一次繳納現金時，才可申請實物抵繳，如果遺產已轉換為現金或存款，仍應優先繳稅，實物抵繳也有比例限制，避免國家收到太多垃圾，原則上不收骨董。
 
台北國稅局副局長王玠琛說，遺產稅以繳現金為原則，申請實物抵繳是有條件的，應繳金額必須在30萬元以上，且現金繳納有困難者才能申請，而且土地抵繳也有一定的比例，不能全部抵繳，以防止民眾拿些沒有用的土地給國庫。
 
王玠琛說，以前沒有限制土地抵繳的比例，很多人拿一些沒有用的公共保留用地抵繳遺產稅，結果政府拍賣不出去很也困擾，無法進帳國庫。現在規定抵繳比例不能超過遺產總額的比例，比如某塊土地佔遺產總額的10%，抵繳遺產稅的比例不能超過10%。
