中信兄弟本季3洋將確定要找2投手、1野手，總教練謝長亨17日感嘆打擊好的洋砲不好找，因此春訓期間希望可以找2名洋砲來測試。

去年下半季，兄弟原有機會爭冠軍，最後功虧一簣，草總認為關鍵在於打擊熄火，尤其是得點圈打擊率不理想，因此加強整體火力，是兄弟的當務之急；去年選秀兄弟補進林威助，草總希望再補進一名洋砲，加上原本的彭政閔、周思齊、張正偉、張志豪、王勝偉、陳江和等人，可以讓打線更加完整。

草總要找的洋砲，以守內野為主，最好是可以守三壘，守二壘、游擊也可以，草總表示「陣中主力左打已經很多，因此補進的洋砲，希望是右打」。

不過草總也發現，要找到好的洋砲，真的很難，尤其是內野，以過去興農牛的威納斯或統一獅的布雷，算是最理想的人選。

兄弟也要找3洋投來測試，草總表示「本土先發都是右投，因此先發洋投希望可以找到左投，另外1名洋投，將是陣中的終結者」。
