機車沒油就去偷　男被警活逮

【黃靖文／新北報導】因小失大！新北市樹林區今天凌晨3時許，1名32歲的張姓男子男準備出門，卻發現停在鎮前街停車場的機車油箱見底，他竟回家拿出抽油管，企圖偷取其他機車的汽油；但賊星該敗，此舉正好被巡邏警員撞見，立刻將張男帶回派出所。

張男解釋，深夜出門時發現機車發不動，檢查後發現是汽油不足，為貪圖一時方便，便起了賊心要偷一旁機車的汽油。張男稱，原本只打算抽足夠的汽油騎到加油站，之後會將偷來的汽油還給失主，但警方仍依竊盜罪嫌，將張男移送法辦。
