宜蘭中興文創園區　規劃南榕或自由廣場

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】成功大學南榕廣場爭議風波未平，今天上午宜蘭縣長林聰賢，參加獨居長者歡喜迎新年歲末大掃除活動時，伸出歡迎之手說：未來的中興文創園區中，要規劃興建「南榕廣場」或「自由廣場」，這是規劃建設園區要定位之事。

林聰賢說，面積31.64公頃的中興文創園區中，要規劃建設很多的公共設施，而大家都了解「自由」是創造最重要的能量，另，未來規劃園區的公共設施中，是需 要公園及保留許多前中興紙廠歷史空間，也就是會有很多的廣場，所以，要將公共設施的其中一項元素，例如，最好是在接近前中興紙廠福利社的鄭南榕出生地附近，來規劃興建為南榕廣場或自由廣場。
